Donations of all amounts are welcome and are greatly appreciated, whether it is a one-time gift, a monthly contribution or a donation in a friend or family member’s name. As much as we would love to deny, materials are a basic/essential need for us as art facilitators for the under-privileged. We could thus, do with contributions from as many organisations/individuals as we could manage. These donations help us with the following:
Canvas
The children in our schools, who are senior and have started painting on canvases, have a constant demand for canvases to paint on. We thus require canvases of various sizes. Alternatively, you could also help us with monetary contributions for procuring canvases.
Brushes
Our young artists need brushes that are in good condition. Paint brushes wear away over time. Thus the regular demand for new brushes. Also, as we add new schools every year. This too calls for a regular supply of brushes. Again, contributions in material and/or monetary terms are both welcome in this case too.
Paints
Paints are our staple diet so to speak! Needless to say, requirement is extremely high. Again, contributions either in the form of paints or monetary donation to fulfil the requirement, are both welcome.
Paints include:
1. Water colour cake/tubes
2. Acrylic paints
3. Oil paints
4. Oil pastels
5. Pencil colours
Study Tour
Study tours are periodic events we plan for the children. They are an intrinsic part of our calendar. As an organisation/ individual you could arrange these study tours, including the facilitator, transportation, food and such. Alternatively, you could sponsor the complete study tour activity.
Craft Material
There are various NGO / government schools we have adopted for running art classes. There is a combination of drawing/painting as well as craft work that we engage the kids in. Craft supplies are thus extremely essential for our day-to-day activities. You could thus provide us with craft supplies as part of your organisation’s CSR contribution or aid us by contributing a lump sum amount towards the same.
Art Kit per Child
We welcome you to donate a kit of art supplies per child for as many number of schools you wish to take up.
Artists, leaders and Managers
We need to be able to pay salaries to our artists and managers who support us and put in continuous effort to help Udaan EMS grow and spread its wings to as many schools and children as possible. Artists provide our children with skills and creativity where as managers help run the organisation successfully forging strategic partnerships to create opportunities for growth.
